Don’t know what to say to the insurance company?
- When should you open a claim? How to explain what happened? Questions unanswered?
- What to do if they send a very low payment?
How to present a report of damages?
What are my options if they do not want to pay more?
Licensed for 10 years and knowledgeable of the business! We make sure you have the best options available for you during the process. No question is too small or too big, we answer them all. Our diligence and knowledge reflects on the satisfaction our clients receive!
At Sketchtimates we run a business that takes pride in being ethical and socially responsible. Other companies end up cutting more than a few corners in the name of profit. If you dig deeper into those companies, you’ll probably find that honesty isn’t prized as an important characteristic. However, it’s nearly impossible for a business to build trust if honesty isn’t a guiding principle in how that company handles every aspect of its work process. Our honesty isn’t only about doing things the right way, it’s also about expressing the value we provide!
We prepare our own estimates for repairs using Xactimate. Xactimate is a software that most of the insurance companies use to prepare a report. (10 years of experience) We have been trained to acquire the knowledge and skills to quickly create accurate estimates using a variety of Xactimate tools. We have been taught the most efficient ways to set up, dimension, scope, and deliver professional estimates through our valuable hands-on training.

I was very happy with Sketchimates PA Luis Delgado. He has excellent knowledge of water damage, mold, roof conditions and how the insurance claim process works. Luis reassured me and answered every question I had, he promptly returns calls and emails. Luis took away all my concerns of dealing with the insurance company. I felt he had my best interests at all times. I may have taken the $4,500 check for repairs the insurance company sent me early in the claim but he was able to settle a claim for $33,000. I felt I got what was rightly owed with my policy. I recommend Luis for any insurance claim you may have.
